Supplemental Conditioning Options (not affiliated with DIGS)
Players can prevent injury (hear about it here) and significantly improve their volleyball performance through supplemental fundamental physical conditioning and training (sometimes known as "core training"). Below are programs in the Bergen County area that DIGS knows of that offer appropriate core training for young female athletes.
